Had the mussels as appetizer and it was fantastic. Great coconut broth with Thai Chile giving a little heat. Needs a little bigger pot as you cannot get to broth unless you remove more than half the mussels. Had the Mahi Mahi tacos which were really good. Great mango salsa! Sergio was the server and he was great along with another server that worked for owner 4 years. Had to wait for 2 Margaritas around 10-15 minutes and there was only 5 people there who already had drinks. My wife had the lobster roll which I tried but way too much mayonnaise. 99 Restaurant has a better lobster roll with claw meat with very little mayo. Inside was very nicely decorated and I will be back. Hope they restore the adjoining building and attach a roof between the building.

For starters the place looks fantastic. I remember my first trip to the old marina 1994 the fall I moved to the country Thre was a barn sale. The place was old and haggard. I always said wow what a great sea food shack this would be. Like the Hamptons. Well 24 years later steamboat has sprung. We it's a hit. Fresh clams on the half. Tiny little necks just ya like them. The lobster corn chowder very very good. The lobster roll more like a mountain of lobster on a roll was very good and enough for two. Only 15 bucks talk about a deal. Service very good. I was there on day two so there off to an amazing start. If you love seafood with true nautical ambience look no further.

We had our wedding in June at the Saugerties Steamboat Co. location and it was everything we could have wanted. Brienne and Klaudia were fantastic to work with and were with us every step of the way, helping us to organize, plan and execute our wedding. The venue itself was was gorgeous and when some rain changed course right before our wedding, the Diamond Mills team was supremely efficient at getting everything and everyone moved inside for our ceremony (the team is seriously great at executing a rain plan). In addition, the culinary team at Blackbarn knocked our socks off, and were very accommodating with some of the requests we had to make for guests’ dietary restrictions. All-in-all, we’re so happy we got married here and will treasure those memories forever.

It was a bit strange having the wedding between the 2 building, not as the picture shows. There was approximately 110 people which should be the max. The appetizers at cocktail were better than the actual dinner. Also the first floor was quite hot during the cocktail hour. There was champagne for the toast but it didn't happen as well as cutting the cake.

Attended a wedding here. Very rustic, charming, and pretty little venue by the water. The building itself has two levels, the top floor was decorated for the reception buffet dinner and dancing and the first floor was for the bar and cocktail hour. Ceremony held outside by the water with charming lights. Lovely setting for a sweet wedding party.

A rustic, pretty boathouse on the banks of Esopus Creek. Gorgeous place for an autumn wedding. The staff, every last one of them, were phenomenal. Big shout out to Kelsey who kept everything running smoothly and executed our vision to perfection. HIGHLY recommended.

Beautiful views and the staff were friendly and attentive! The food was very good and very Fresh. I totally recommend the lobster Mac and cheese and the lobster roll with their homemade BBQ chips. The pecan pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert was my favorite! I will definitely be coming back!

We had our farewell brunch for our wedding here to accommodate the amount of people who RSVP'd for brunch. We got married at Diamond Mills and I hadn't been to the venue before coming the day of our brunch. I think the venue has a lot to offer, it's located directly on the water and provides a different vibe from Diamond Mills main hotel if you are looking for that for your wedding or event. You can rest assured knowing that the amazing Diamond Mills staff will be there to make sure the event is perfect which may not be an offering at other venues such as this where you may have to bring in your own vendors for food and alcohol.

Came here for a wedding this weekend. I was impressed with the venue and outdoor space in between the two buildings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good. Suggestions for venue: 1) Definitely fix the wifi and have it ready for guests. 2) Put water on the table so your staff doesn't have to run around refilling each cup individually. 3) Add at least two more AC units on 2nd floor 4) Have the venue engage with the creek/outdoors in a more inviting way.

Wonderful food. Only open end of May to beginning of Sept. Big open room, small bar, lots of outside seating overlooking the water and the marinas. One vegan dish on the menue so you can bring thst vegan friend. She said it was marvelous.

Good variety and food is very good at a reasonable price. Service was good except that they have a "policy" of not being able to move tables. We were 6 people that ended up sitting at two different tables because they couldn't move tables together (they were right next to each other and were easy to move and did not block a walkway or anything - but it was not allowed - strange!)
