They have 2 bathrooms designed for 2 people each. Automatic toilets, faucets, and towels. Changing table in the stall. Handicap bars. The service is hit or miss depending on the crew that day. Sometimes you wait in a long line inside while all of the attention goes to drive through. Today the inside service was fast and they were really nice to everyone through the whole lunch rush.

This is one of the best Wendy's locations. They are more expensive than a McDonald's or Burger King, but I am having a hard time talking myself into any other chain burger in Saratoga Springs. Best way to order is their drive thru or using the app and picking up the food inside. Skip the indoor line even if it looks short.

They were slammed for a Saturday morning breakfast rush and seemed short on a couple employees so I expected a long wait but they were super fast. The manager, Dade, was calm, cool and collected and seemed to be running the show smoothly and efficiently. Food was tasty, too!
