I went for my first visit to Four Seasons just yesterday! As somebody who can't eat dairy(milk protein allergy) eating out for breakfast usually limits my menu options quite drastically. I got a vegan breakfast wrap from the prepared foods(it had potatoes, salsa, vegan cheese, white beans)and it kind of blew my mind. I never go for the vegan cheese at the store and usually convince myself that it's overrated, but I think I was wrong! It was so tasty and satisfying, and I had a nice smoothie alongside it for a wholesome breakfast and a good way to start a weekend morning! Service was super friendly and polite, making for an even better experience. You guys rule and have definitely found a repeat customer in me 😁

I love this place so much. Most of the options are vegan, which I really appreciate. The daily vegan menu is always great, the buffet is amazing, and they always have some gluten free desserts on hand too. A cozy environment with great staff, and great food.

Some of the nicest people in the world We went here with one of our party who has been a strict vegetarian for many years. She was greeted by, whom I believe was the owner, and was given the story of this restaurant. Their main goal is to offer delicious, farm friendly foods to the vegetarian and vegan community of Saratoga. When they have leftover food (IF they do) they put it together to send to the farmers that they get their fruits and vegetables from throughout the week. Everything on the hot/cold bar was fresh and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I did not have any of the food but the vegetarian member of my group confirmed that everything she had was top notch. Take a stop by if you're in the area!

Vegan buffet with daily specials... Need I say more?? Try the Cajun tempeh, and the lemon blueberry cheesecake. And the scalloped potatoes! Also has a great berry smoothie.

Been coming here since I was a kid and it's always been a favorite! The most fresh, delicious variety of vegetarian and vegan foods for just $8.99 a pound. If I lived in Saratoga I'd be eating their food almost every day. Hot bar foods are great and posted to their Facebook page daily. Some of my cold food must-haves are their rice noodles, tofu, pickled vegetables, seaweed, and beets. They even have a nice little selection of craft ciders and beers to go with your meal now, mmm!

Great little restaurant to visit for a stop half way between Montréal and New York City. It is vegetarian but most items on the menu are Vegan. Enjoyed very much.
