Good food, clean location, customer service is lacking but nothing terrible happened. Just not a welcoming crew-similar to McDonald's and such.The parking lot a bit strange to get in and out

First time at Smash, I didn't love it, they have good burgers? yes, nice combinations more "gourmet" than your usual burger joint. Good fries? yes. Would I crave going back? Probably not. It's one of those places that you think they are good but not really good enough.

Very clean, friendly staff and so many options to pick from. We loved that we could build our own sandwiches, including Patty (chicken, beef or veggie), roll (egg, whole wheat, gluten free) cheeses, toppings and extras. We will definitely be back as our entire group could enjoy their flexible menu

Good hamburgers however on our visit today, we were treated like we were an inconvenience to the young man at the register. Odd since we were the ONLY customers in the store. The food is great and the smash fries are AMAZING.

Surprisingly good burgers here. Fries weren't bad, nothing special. Tons of seating offered. Food took a little while so I'm assuming they make the burgers fresh. The girl on the grill was listening & signing to music that was very loud which included explicit words. No issue for me but with the older and family crowd in the area.. Not cool.

Good burgers and really nice staff. My girlfriend asked for no nuts on her salad so they took out all the fruit because it comes pre-packaged. They didn't saying until after she got her salad. I'm rating it 4 stars because the staff was awesome and my burger was good.

I've made about a dozen visits to this location, and the burgers have been exceptional every time. The fries are excellent too. The staff have always been friendly. I've read negative reviews, and perhaps those are on a different shift? I have only visited for lunch, not dinner, but it's been great every time. I think perhaps the best burger in either Sarasota or Manatee counties.

I ask myself how I have never been here until today?? The burgers are in a class of their own. I had the fries with a seasoning on them with my Cowboy Burger (grilled jalapenos) and a Dr. Pepper. This burger place rivals any in the area and I can't wait to go back!!! I would give SmashBurger 10 stars if possible. The place is clean, the food is great and the people working there are very friendly. And the egg hamburger bun is better than any hamburger bun I've ever had anywhere.
