The food was amazing!! Real eggs, amazing sausage gravy, etc! The iced coffee does have a unique flavor, and the potatoes were a little hard, but all the food has amazing flavor!! It tastes like a home cooked meal!!

Nice pumpkin pancakes. My friend was impressed with the French toast. Always a good choice for any and all breakfast favorites. Bacon was a little off the mark.

Absolutely magnificent... This place is a must if you are in the area. The food was delectable, the service was top notch & the atmosphere was very relaxed & trend. We loved our meals, portion was perfect and the flavors were fireworks. Hope to come back to Sarasota, and visit again..

If you want a seat early… team 8 am crew. You are most likely going to be parking on the road and need to walk a block or 2. Be sure to check out the natural juice bar which are fairly priced. Adequate portion sizes. I recommend getting Turkey sausage and gravy on a biscuit with home fries and dippy egg NOT SCRAMBLED. They do have some fancy cold brew options for those of you that drink boujee coffee.

I had a wonderful experience at First Watch. It’s located in beautiful downtown Sarasota, Florida. While visiting the state, I had brunch at this location. It’s in a gorgeous area Sarasota’s Main Street. The area is filled with lush, tropical landscapes, pastel colored shops and people dining outsides of eateries located along both sides of the street. Started my meal w/a tasty fresh brewed cup of coffee. I’m a serious coffee connoisseur: this located serves a good brew. Omelettes are my favorite, I can eat one anytime of the day. I had the Italian Inspired Omelet, served w/Bob’s Red Mill Buttered Grits and artisan wheat toast. What stood out for me was the freshness of the food. The food tastes as if the ingredients had been freshly grown and purchased from a farmers market. I loved that fact that the food tastes clean. Nothing was over cooked, uncooked and/or greasy. It was a freshly prepared brunch that I simply delighted in. The ambience a cross btw industrial and minimalist decor. The restaurant, though crowed, didn’t feel crowded: it was spacious. Service rendered was solid, good old fashion, polite, knowledgeable service. Should I visit Sarasota again, I will dine here again.

Located right off Main Steet in the heart of the five points in Sarasota's Art District, First Watch is a first class place for a great breakfast or lunch.
I had the Avacado Toast and the overhard eggs. The Avacado Smash they use with real Avacados is outstanding. Eggs cooked to perfection. Really one of the best healthy breakfasts around.
For dessert I had a multigrain blueberry pancake 🥞
Simply fluffy fresh and delicious plus extra blueberry sauce!

Great comfortable atmosphere. the service was good and the food was delicious. I had the roast beef sandwich, my wife, the turkey, and our uncle Dave had the ham sandwich with taisty soup.
