Ordered 4 simple things, 2 blizzards, a tater total, and cherry limeade. My >$4 blizzard had only vanilla ice cream and it took over 20 minutes. There was only 3 or 4 cars there. Didn't notice the blizzard until I was down the road a few miles.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
It doesn't matter if they are busy (they almost never are, go figure) or not, the receipt of anything that you order takes an eternity. I could circle Chick-Fil-A next door to them, when their line extends into the road, at least 5 times before Sonic can get 1 meal out the door.
When they do finally manage to fulfill an order, it's wrong. Every. Single. Time.
We have complained to management of the franchise and corporate. We are consistently told it'll be addressed and it never is.
Save yourself the grief and go to the location on Main St. in Jenks.

I ordered 2 drinks on the Sonic app and it took forever to actually get my drinks. I pulled up and told them that I had an order on the app, they told me to pull to the window and there I waited. I could see them moving around inside but they had no other customers. I just felt like they would get my drinks when they felt like it. Not a good experience.

Ordered a #3 husbands burger came with 1 patty looked like it was thrown on there. Burger was a mess. Ask for salt person brought us pepper and said it was salt. Will not be coming back to this sonic

Took 5 min for carhop to come out to tell us the slot wasn’t working so she decided to take our order BY MEMORY instead of writing it down, came out with wrong order, of course. Took another 10 minutes to get their attention since the slot was broken and the others were taken. They replaced the order, it came out still wrong, all of it, and was still missing items. Also my husband only got to eat a small mozzarella stick that we didn’t ask for and an sweet tea that wasn’t sweet on his lunch break and ended up being late back to work. Sonic has gone downhill and this location really puts the cherry on top. This isn’t the first they have done this.

This store is almost never open in the morning. We have made numerous trips in the morning, and most of the time "the kitchen has just gotten there" It happened today at 8:10am, and the other day it was almost 9am.

I just wanted to show everyone the burger I recieved from Sonic on Waco. My wife bought it on 8-4-19 around 9pm. I was busy finishing up working on my truck so my burger got cold. I went to take it apart and microwave the meat and part of the meat is missing..whats worse, is it almost looks like teeth marks like someone took a couple of bites from it before putting it on my bun. And to top it all off, my dr pepper tasted funky and flat..and after working on the truck for six hours, i was really looking forward to the drink. So Sonic, is this what i pay 8 bucks for. A burger missing part of its meat (hopefully not from someone munching on part of it) and a flat dr pepper. Maybe a manager will read this and the next person wont have a flat drink and half "eaten" piece of meat on their burger.

The last 3 times I've ordered tator tots they are not cooked all the way and raw in the middle. The chicken was not done either. So I have stopped ordering it. Nor to mention they removed the cheddar bites from the menu
