I just wish once when you order a malt and tell them you want it to taste malty.. and make it with vanilla ice cream and a little choc. Not very chic. But malty.. but It has none and it's just a shake and you ask them and they say it's a malt.. it was milky liquidy.. not good.. they need to make a good malt..

They went above and beyond with their customer service tonight. I needed 2 cherry limeade remade due to the machine being low on syrup. They not only remade my drinks but also tried to give me a refund, which I politely declined. I wasn't looking to get something free all I wanted was my cherry limeade. Thank you and keep up the great work!

No, I haven't eaten any!! They got 2 stars because they did a good job on our burgers. The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I'm just so disappointed in my Mix. I've NEVER had one this skimpy. If you're after sweets, avoid. Food is excellent.

Waited in line for over 45 minutes and didn't move but 2 spots. Luckily car behind us reversed and left, so we were able to do the same, very dissatisfied in wait times. This wasn't the 1st time either over the last 6 months this has happen either.

I got breakfast for us in the drive thru. I get home and discover they forgot part of our order and the Diet Dr.: Pepper was absolutely gross. My wife did not want the biscuit and gravy without the hashbrowns nor did she have anything decent to drink with it. It was past 10:30 when I called the store. All they wanted to do was give me an order of hash browns tomorrow. I felt they should replace at least her entire meal. I costs me twice the cost of the hash browns in gas but she just said have a nice day before she hung up on me. So they forgot part of our order ruining my wife's meal and then get rude to me when they made the mistake. That is the first and last time I will get breakfast at this Braums

We love Braums, they have the best ice cream. And, they have great food too. We live in California, but have family in Oklahoma and Texas. Whenever we are visiting, we always make sure to go to Braums!
