Mcdonald's

Drive through had one car ahead of us and they still kept us waiting for 5 minutes. Asked for my order, then told to hang on. 2 minutes later, asked for my order again. I started giving it and was then told yet again to hang on. After waiting another 4 minutes I said screw it and left. So I literally waited for over 10 minutes and nobody even took my order. With literally one car ahead of me. Pathetic.

The drive up line was extreme long, so I waited in the car while my husband went inside to get me an iced tea. He stood in line for a half hour and finally gave up. He was number four in line when he got there. But he never made it to the front of the line to be helped. When he came out he said that the restaurant was a total mess and extremely disorganized! He said there was plenty of help in the kitchen, but only one person behind the counter who kept disappearing. She appeared to be trying her best to do more than one job. It sounds like this location either needs some training or a different manager. It shouldn't take more than a half-hour to get an iced tea. It was a total train wreck in there!

Have not been to a McDonald's in years. Remembered that their coffee was good. Should have figured out why their drive-thru was around the building. No counter help, only 4 kiosks and mine did not print a receipt. Very short staffed and because I had no receipt I had to argue that I had paid for our coffees. I think there were 3 employees working...

This crack Donald's in Santee is by far the worse I ever experienced. Not sure if everyone is new but there is no team in this place very unorganized. Everyone I saw in the building had something wrong with their order mine included. I ordered a big Mac pack. Came with two big mac's. Well I got a big Mac made on a quarter pounder bun, the small burger meat was old like I have sat there all day old. And only one sandwich at that. The only redeeming thing was the older lady working hard at trying to make things right for everyone. And the wait for this was 45 min. Guess it wasn't fast food 😂

The kiosk order system was unsatisfactory; the process did not provide either an order number or a printed receipt to help the staff with accuracy. The staff was not overly friendly, and to top it all off, the both the cheeseburgers & fries were luke warm at best...I will NOT visit this McDonald's again!
