Taco Bell

This is probably the best taco bell location I have ever been to. They load up the toppings in the tacos to where they are almost overflowing. Most taco bells I've been to leave less than the desired amount of toppings in the taco. The taco shells are also nice and crispy, not soggy. The fiesta potatoes are served in a larger container and are still steamy after 10 minutes! Quick service at the kiosk as well when you walk in. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The food was fine but they were the laziest employees I've ever met in my entire life. They refused to do any work. I asked them for something. They said they didn't have any because they didn't feel like making it because they had all the ingredients. We wanted to order at the counter at the register and they made us use the app because nobody wanted to take our order. What kind of establishment is this? What's the point of having workers if they're just going to stand there and do nothing?

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 3 soft tacos, an unsweet tea and a bean and rice burrito. I got 1 hard taco, a beef and bean burrito (that was ice cold) and a rice and bean burrito (cold with hard crunchy rice) and a SWEET tea. Not what I ordered. I called the number on the receipt only to have the phone go unanswered.

If I could give this a 0 I would. My apologies but this place was the worst experience I've had at fast food and I have work fast food before. They were out of Tortillas and Beef. Which I can understand, I've seen it happen before. However, - They skipped 1 order - Gave a customer and incomplete order because they were out of beef and ignored him when he asked for a refund - To top it all off I found a type of saran wrap in my chalupa. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it and I don't know if anyone would want to see that anyway. Like I said. I've worked fast food and this is totally unacceptable. They gave no effort to try to meet the customers needs and I can honestly say that my experience here was 100% totally awful. Please try better next time employees!

Great Taco Bell to stop by on your way North or South off Interstate 95. We got the cravings box and a few other items, and they personally brought the tray out to our table to me and my pregnant wife. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and funny while making our order. The bathrooms were very clean, as was the inside of the restaurant. Strongly suggest coming here if you need a quick bite to eat on your road trip!
