7-eleven

The dirtiest and not well trained personnel. The cashier preffered cleaning up his coffee Brewers I was already at register he saw me. He cleaned easily 3or 4 and if I would of stayed quiet he would of keep cleaning more. I waited easily 5 mins looking at him like really. I had to tell him I was ready to pay. Besides he was preparing the coffee trays with fresh clean coffee with a cigarette in his mouth not lit but it looked like he didn't finished it and had some Ash left on the tip. Easily some fell in the fresh coffee. Not a good experience. 9/8/2018 at 4:50am

I got a drink from here and it had a sale by date of may 1st 2017 its now June 4 2017. An i go back to talk to them knowing its a mistake that understandable. But the young punk in a jersey behind the counter loOKs and says "so you drank it and want your money back" that was rude. I told him no its expired and thats not a funny joke. So he gets his manager. Whom the lady rang me up. She was nicer but she was told we drank it. So she offered to replace it or refund with was nice. But when she asked if it tasted fine I was like we didn't drink it. Then the young man in the jersey said you told me you drank it. I then told him no you f'ing said that. Witch the manager calmed me down and was very calm and got me out a bit happier but this review was cause of that kid being very rude.

We never had a problem with this 7-eleven. Until today, when the lady (with a tattoo on her left arm & wears thin glasses) behind the cash register accidentally scanned an item twice, my husband let her know that she did & she got upset & replied “Hold on!” with a very bad attitude. We were completely surprised because we had never had someone speak to us that way... We stood there really urging to leave & then she says “Hold on!” again. The situation got us completely uncomfortable... thankfully she scanned everything, we paid & left (She didn’t offer us a receipt) But that situation shouldn’t have happened. We did nothing to have her feel pressured or get her upset in any way. Maybe she was having a bad day?...

THE MANAGER OF THE STORE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I live up the street I go to this store every other day to buy my coffee I am in the store a total of 3 minutes depending on when the cashiers are done talking to each other!!!! I was asked to leave because I brought my service dogs! THE MANAGER WAS LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT! Not ok and I will drive the extra block to go to the other store!!!

Last night I was a customer @ Honey Donuts(the business next door), and just walked out with my donuts and was about 2 get on my bike 2 leave, a employee of this 7-11(Maryann) who coming in 2 work disrespectfully yells across the parking lot 2 me & a friend that we were "LOITERING" & had 5 mins 2 leave the parking lot(they SHARE with other businesses) or she would call the police... 1st off, why is she policing people shopping 4 donuts off the clock??? Will someone please explain 2 this lady that u really cant loiter after u have spent after shopping @ a business less than 90 after your purchase... This was TOTALLY uncalled for and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE... I've heard many of my neighbors who shop here regularly complain about this woman, but I didnt know she was this bad. Something should be done before the neighborhood starts taking our $ across the street to the gas station...

It is always nice to have a 7-Eleven in walking distance. Every so often we get a slurpee. I also get a beer here every so often. They are priced fair compared to other places in town and they are nice and cold. I've also been known to get a bottle of wine here. There are cheaper options in town but it is nice knowing you can come here when everywhere else is closed. There is an ATM here which is why I usually come to this location. There is no fee either.
