It has been a long time since I found a Jack in the box that makes quality product but the last 3 months I have been going to the Santee location and every time I’ve went I am very happy with my service and the food is outstanding. Made to perfection. And they are a busy location but fast and efficient. Excellent customer service from Diana and the others crew membersThanks guys.

This Jack in the box has good service and the inside of the restaurant is pretty clean for the most part. The staff is friendly, but be patient because it’s typically busy here after work.

Got a 2 meal for $11 coupon, went inside and got several refills on my small drink. Was a warmer day and stayed hydrated, filled up and took a beverage to go.

Well let's see I asked for extra cheese and extra pickles and got no extra pickles and no mustard or ketchup. Then when I go back to let them know they over did it with the sauces to where I couldn't even it it so mess and way too much mustard OMG WHAT THE HECK!!!!!

My bread was old and stale. Cheese was only half on the sandwich. I was the only customer. No excuses.

I went through the drive thru at about 7am and they were a little busy but I got my breakfast order in about 5 minutes, the fastest I have seen lately.

Nothing like a Jumbo Jack with Cheese!! Fast easy and good and cheap. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is they forgot to put ketchup in the bag.

This Jack in the Box has been here for as long as I can remember. We never went to JIB when I was a kid. As an adult I feel they've had there ups and downs, it use to be the night crew was always sad, no personality, rude, like they hated there job. I use to think JIB was a bad company to work for the way the employees acted. Now it seems to be hit or miss. Nothing special about this location and no one employee stands out as having Any customer service. I will however go here again and recommend Jack in box in general.
