Outstanding customer service! This was a great choice for Valentine's Day! Ordered 3 dozen w/balloons delivered to my wife's work. The whole office loved the cakes! As a side note, I asked if they could deliver my bobbleheads created for V-Day and they were happy to do so. Thank you Nicole and all staff involved. Highly recommend!!

Love this store!!! The cakes are moist and fluffy, the icing is amazing, the little containers they come in are so cute!!! The staff is always friendly and well trained. And they sell cute party supplies and trinkets like plates, coffee cups, candles, aprons, magnets... The only down fall they didn't hire my 16yr daugter to work there cause she has no work experience yet...and they did away with there samples!!! I would definitely be going here again, and I would definitely recommend Nothing Bunt Cakes!!!

I Can't say enough about the staff here.
I placed an order for a birthday and made a mistake. Totally my own fault. but they went out of their way to fix it for me! Gluten Free cake is delicious also. Often Gluten Free tastes Gluten Free but theirs is actually very good!

I haven't even tried the 2 cakes I picked up yet. Just a shout out that the customer service over the phone and in person was outstanding! Super inviting store, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Nicole you have a beautiful smile and a friendly, patient and helpful demeanor and voice!!!

I went to nothing bundt cakes today to pick up my free birthday bundtlet. I ordered red velvet and as usual it was great. I even ordered a second one and when I paid my receipt had a buy one get one free with completion of survey within 3 days...#winning

Okay so I was told these cakes are the most moist delicious cakes you've ever had! So I go in to get a free one for my birthday and it truly was the most moist delicious cake ever! Which was great because my husband bought me a 40$ birthday cake for that following weekend! Well when we got it let's just say it was tiny! But I reassured him it is so good and worth the 40$! I honestly dont know what happened because my 40$ cake was so dry I didnt even eat it :( they also got the colors completely wrong for the bow on top (not a huge deal but still a bummer because it didnt match the party :/) I dont think I'll ever order from here again it's not worth the 40$ of dry cake :( I will be back for my free birthday cake seeing as that one was good. But spending money for dry cake? No thank you! Never again. Hopefully no one else had to deal with dry cake on their birthday :(

Very friendly and personable and efficient staff. Place is decorated in cute manner. Face masks are required for service which is posted on door. Some customers objected. Free masks were offered to customers who didn't have one. Bundt Cakes were very tasty and well displayed and a variety of 10 flavors were offered.
