Taco Bell

First time ordering from and paying via the app. Very easy and simple to do. I like how there are options you can see that you typically wouldn’t think about even in store or in drive through. Received my order and everything was accurate, fresh and hot. The ladies at both windows were genuinely very sweet as well. Good experience today.

Every single experience through the drive thru has been great. I don't particularly park in the parking lot because trying to back out can be a hassle especially when people speed in or if there's a long line during lunch time. Regardless, there has never been any issue when ordering, there's always clear communication. The people at the window always greet with a smile, have friendly attitudes, and answer any questions I have. They always make small talk when we're waiting on my food (which is never long) and the food 9/10 always looks like what's advertised on TV/social media. This location is great! (:

For how expensive all of the items on the menu have become for taco bell you would expect the quality to at least have remained the same, this however is not the case. One taco party pack is now easily 20 dollars after tax for 12 value tacos. Each of the tacos themselves are now salads held in a tortilla chip. There is NO MEAT in the tacos. Taco bell has been on a slow decline to higher prices and worse quality. It's amazing how poor of a deal it is for the customer nowadays. Dont waste your time or money here you will regret it.

So I stopped there on my way home got dinner for 2 people 2 #5s paid $20.45 Took about a min and order was ready I told the girl that's is the fastest service I ever got . So I went 3 min away open the bag food was saggy and cold meaning food was seating there for a while the food went straight to the trash. I don't understand management for fast restaurants depending on customers like us . IAM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS Iam giving my business to somebody else NOT GOING BACK

So as a kid growing up in North Park , I ate at the Taco Bell on University Ave quite a bit. That is , until I finally started branching out and getting carne asada burritos at taco shops across San Diego. They pretty much left Taco Bell in the dust! But recently I've been looking for cheap lunch break alternatives as my normal go-to's would leave me broke if I went daily. So I've been hitting up the Santee Taco Bell for the last month or so for their $2 burritos and a couple of those with a $1 burrito do the job. That and the staff there are really friendly! I'd love to poach a few of them but I'd hate to watch their poor young souls be crushed at my job. 🤣

My boyfriend and I always go to the Taco Bell in Santee and our experience is usually pretty good, friendly employees but this recent visit will definitely be our last. We were not given all of our food and even asked the employee at the window through the drive through before taking our food if they gave us all the food ( we had a decently large order) and was told yes all the food is there even though the bag was light. I look through the bag and see obviously that wasn’t all our food so we went back and my boyfriend went in and talked to a second employee and then a THIRD who gave us still not what we ordered. Train your employees please.
