The food was amazing and was a large amount of food for a good price. Our waiter was very nice and always checked on our table, making sure everything was fine and refilling our drinks.

Good simple food. Plenty of choices but I have to recommend the massive omelets. Perfectly fluffy and stuffed full of veggies, etc. so good! Perfect for a no frills, no fuss, quick and easy meal.

Good food (and lots of it). Endless coffee. A nice interior, too.
It's a little less friendly than I like a community diner/cafe. But everyone is pleasant.
I ordered the vegetarian omelette w a side of sourdough toast (the toast is extra). The omelette was huge and tasty.
Their menu has all the standard breakfast food and a menu for lunch and dinner, as well. So anytime is a good time to visit.
If you are in the area, give it a try.

The first time I went to Village Cafe was on Monday, I had the country fried steak. I returned thursday and ordered the same, today is Friday and I just finished another plate of the same-country fried steak with gravy. I have a small appetite yet all three times I was willing and able to eat every last bite. That in and of itself is testament to how good Village Cafe's CFS is. I think I should try something different next time, no matter how good it is I will get burned out on it and would rather not.

A great place to get a classic American breakfast. It's a very locals place with a nice hometown vibe and comfort food. Depending on when you go there can be a bit of a wait. The serving portions are large. I love their hash browns. They are much better than other breakfast places and always cooked perfectly. I've tried a few different items from their breakfast menu and have yet to be disappointed. Staff is always cordial and prices are very reasonable.

Opens early. Fantastic staff. Food is great. My breakfast was perfect. Eggs, bacon and english muffin. Everyone cooked perfectly. Nice people inside. Small town breakfast at home feel.

Had a tuna melt with coleslaw. Both were very good. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and not drowning in mayonnaise. Would definitely recommend.
