Stopped by for lunch today. First time visiting this restaurant. Took the stairs around back. They had a sign that stated they had an elevator inside for patrons to use who need to. The patio was nice. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food wasld good and fresh. The pizza temp was hot and ready to eat! Good flavor and priced just right!

We got a large Kickin’ Chicken and, even though they were wrapped up with take out orders and other dine in customers, they had our pizza out within 15 minutes! The pizza was delicious! They only have outside seating, but they rolled down the porch covers behind us and turned on a propane heater for us so that we could eat in comfort on a brisk November night! Remember that you have to go up to the counter to order. Alex was great and so was the other staff member we encountered.

Pizza by the Sea is always delicious! The crust is perfectly thick (not a mouthful of dough and not too floppy to hold the toppings). They use quality ingredients and it shows. I go with the standard crust, but my wife loves the cauliflower crust. Kids can get their own little pizzas or noodles with a meatball.
