I can't believe how good the food at Ma'Kai was last night. They revamped the menu and everything we ordered was delicious. So I used to come here years ago and the placed seemed a bit more upscale. Returning years later, I find out its under new ownership. Well, there's definitely more space to dance around. More of mini club given that you have seats out of the dance floor. Not sure about the food but drinks are okay.

Had the ceasar salad and vegan sushi roll. It was great, though the wasabi wasn't spicy which was weird. Pretty nice atmosphere with some of the cheaper prices I've seen in Cali. The service was good even though it seemed to be only one waitress working the dinner service.
