Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

Visited Sat Dec 16 2023 2pm While it was not my 1st time to a Bubba Gump restaurant, it was my boyfriend's 1st time. Our server, Henry was wonderful and ensured we still received the full Bubba Gump fun experience by quizzing us on the movie....and he also took the time to chat & find out where we were visiting from. Food, drinks and view were also great as well as the Caramel Pecan Butter Cake that he suggested. Henry who checked on us often, made the experience truly fulfilling and absolutely amazing! Please take the time to let him know what an asset he is to your team !!

Located right by the Santa Monica Pier, seemed to have a waitlist for bigger parties but I was just by myself and sitting by the bar so I didn't have to wait to get in, they had these beautiful window seats with a great view of the beach, didn't have to wait long for the food and drinks for too long on a Sunday. And I think they offer dessert for birthday since a saw a table who was celebrating their birthday. Nice vacation vibe within Los Angeles. I love shrimp gumbo I think it’s a must have item there.

Visiting the area and had to eat at Bubba Gump Shrimp on the Pier where Forrest completed his run across America. The staff is fantastic. The atmoshphere is beachy with Forrest Gump references all over. The dining area is loud. My youngest got the cheese pizza and fries and gives it 5 stars. A friend and I split a plate of Crab and shrimp rolls with a side fries. The rolls were garlicky and delicious. The crab and shrimp were sparse. Another friend had a crab and shrimp pot. The potatoes were slightly undercooked. The shrimp, sausage, and crab were great. It was a fun dining experience. If we are ever back in the area I'd consider coming back. It is on more expensive side. 25 to $50 a person.

Hannah took good care ❤ of us from the time we sat down to the time we left. I hope she enjoyed my Happy Card 😊 She is exceptional and so was the rest of the staff. If you use the signs on your table such as Stop Forest Stop, the staff at this restaurant will stop to find out if you need something. Of course the food was great too but don't miss out on the free cup 😉 with your drink, just ask. We were there 10/18/23.

This place is awesome. We travel around the United States, and we usually are at the one in Orlando. We had a few simple little issues I’m not a complainer they respected and understood that and made me feel amazing. The manager was great and even took a dessert off our check, even though it was delicious in the end. Strongly recommend the margaritas were really good. I asked for a shot on the side which they were accommodating. Strongly recommend. We are big surfers in the industry and big Skier’s. We travel the world. As most of you know, expect the best and we got it.
