my favorite in Santa Monica clams mussels and all grilled in house fish dishes
A friend and I were out and about, looking for a chill spot to relax with a good drink and some light but delish grub. We both got the lobster bisque (a little small for my appetite but worth it) and split a plate of popcorn (or 'crispy?) shrimp. perfect combo. Apparently it's ~really~ difficult to find solid bisque in LA, but Enterprise Fish on AK nailed it. Combined with the shrimp and two drinks served in big glasses (not the tall but super narrow ones that are irritatingly popular here in LA,), we had a great break from afternoon tasks. All that with their hidden-ish outdoor patio and super friendly staff made this a spot I plan to hit again.
How do I say this...one of the best meals I've ever had in my life! Food was simply gorgeous. We tried the Lobster Bisque with puff pastry...to die for! Rich, smooth and full of flavour. Fish and chips...most tender batter I've tasted and the fries....man oh man. We also had the Grilled Artichoke and Crispy Brussels Sprouts and they were both delicious. Would be definitely coming back for more on my next trip to LA!
Food was pricey but for a reason. Place is well kept and ambiance is great. We ordered everything from their lobsters, king crab, Sicilian pasta, cheeseburgers and all were good portions and tasted top notch. Their cocktails were both refreshing and perfect for the hot summer afternoon. Would definitely go back.
Enterprise Fish was everything we were craving. My Parmesan Halibut was moist and delicious with good seasoning. My son ordered Shrimp risotto, Long Island ice tea and Mai Tai. I enjoyed Cucumber Martini and Lemon Drop very tasty. My husband ordered Jambalaya w corn bread and salad and Long Island ice tea. Our waitress was a doll and made my birthday a little more special w slice of ice cream cake.
Best seafood we’ve had in a very long time. Service was quick and our server a delight. We had the Fish & Chips and the Blackened Cod. Beyond delicious. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back
Dine LA experience at "enterprise fish co., was fun. The bar area was a little overwhelmed when we got there. Only 1 bartender for the whole restaurant. Plus it was happy hour on a rainy Monday. They couldn't really handle the medium size crowd. The food was yummy. Had a 3 course meal for $40. Not to bad. The brussel sprouts where yummy. Good flavor. My main course was the branzino. It was good, pretty tasty and filling. Although my friends pasta in black ink sauce was a bit better.the desert was on point. Key lime pie. Not to rich, smooth and refreshing with a thin crust to add texture. All and all, good food, good table side service, just the bar area needs help to get drinks out on time.
Great, fun restaurant. More on the pricer side but most dishes came out great, except the lobster roll, which was very disappointing. Seemed to be canned lobster or something. Our server was great and attentive but the place does get very busy on the weekends. Recommended if you're in the area.
Super fresh seafood in an upscale yet relaxed and spacious environment close to the beach. The staff was very attentive, our glasses were never empty, and the service was exceptionally quick. Plus I ate probably the best calamari I've ever had!
Tasty seafood at a reasonable price. Big open Atmosphere and helpful staff. I chose the Boston Clam Chowder & crab grill cheese (waiter recommended drawn butter with it and oh he was right). The open kitchen is a nice touch as well
We came here for happy hour and had some drinks and appetizers. Everything was amazing. The food was super tasty and would definitely come back. Enjoy
Went on Mother's Day for lunch and it was packed. White tablecloths and fresh flowers were added, which was nice for the day. Extra tables with folding chairs were added in the bar area for extra seating, which was not so nice. Service was friendly but extremely slow. Our server was missing for extended periods of time; saw the server in the section next to ours more frequently. Appetizer came out cold, but they replaced it surprising fast with a new, hot one ..... How did they do that?! Entrees were excellent.
