What can I say to add to all the fantastic reviews? This bakery is a must do for ALL visitors to Santa Fe, regardless of dietary restrictions. As one with celiac, I have never seen this unique mix of variety of creative items & ingredients, quality of those ingredients & the technique of putting it all together for incredible textures & tastes.
So far we have had Nutella Croissant (my #1), Lemon Bar, Chocolate Cherry Scone. The best are the breads, both Brioche & Raisin. The staff is always warm & welcoming & so gracious when explaining this is all we have left. Get there early for best choices. There's always something to enjoy & always a surprise no matter the time! Enjoy & way to go to owners & staff!

As a celiac super exciting to eat an entire gluten free bakery the coffee cupcake is delicious and the pumpkin praline cookies taste like galletas Marias! Really tasty

BEST BAKERY IN SANTA FE. I go here twice a week. The staff is super friendly and the owner is beautiful, kind, and funny. Just a great place. I love everything they have here. Sometimes they’re sold out of certain pastries kind of early but that’s okay, since I believe there are only two bakers here? Nevertheless, my favorite spot for baked goods. This place is the only good completely gluten free establishment in Santa Fe. As someone who struggles with crohn’s it’s always so hard to find a place that serves quality gf food that also tastes good, and Revolution does that !

It's hard to find gluten free food when traveling but luckily, my husband found this place for breakfast. We had the quiche, breakfast bar, croissant and a couple of cookies. All of the food was outstanding and service was great. Even my husband who is not gf loved it.

Black owned bakery! Beautiful owner, she was so kind, my husband and I truly enjoyed her bakery. We bought the Dirty Chai Drink and Lavender Lemonade! Delicious. We also enjoyed the Apple Fritter, chocolate donut with orange icing Amazing!!! Chocolate chip cookie, cinnamon roll, brownie with nuts...just amazing experience. Go support her and endulge in some mouth watering gluten free, vegan options and regular tasty bites. This is absolutely a favorite!!

Completely gluten free bakeries are not everywhere, but even if you are lucky enough to have one near you, this spot is well worth the visit. Try a blueberry doughnut ... super tasty. Oatmeal bars, Nutella filled croissants, cinnamon rolls and loaves of delicious bread ... my stomach was not even close to being as big as my eyes. Try a bottled lemonade or chia. Cannot say enough about their tasty treats.
