This Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. We arrived at 7:25 and waited to be seated for over 30 minutes with four hungry boys. There was only one table occupied and still no service. I asked if we should seat ourselves, the response was no you have to wait, we are the only ones up here. I did not get the guys name. Also in the time we arrived there were six people that walked in after we did for pick up orders and they were helped before us. I hope they get better service there because it is good food but if not, I do not see this Pizza Hut lasting much longer.

Only good for take out or delivery. Don't believe the sign on the door that they are open for dine in. Went just the other day at 7pm and stood there for awhile till finally someone asked if they could help and then when we said we was there for dine in they looked at us and was like "oh sorry no we can't do that". Mind you they did earlier because we showed up just as some other folks had left from eating inside. They didn't care and didn't say hours for dine in just ended or anything. So the staff could be doing better to communicate and show that they do care about the customers. I understand it's still the pandemic but it's not hard to state what the dine in hours are or communicate better instead of just staring at ya and then finally letting ya know they closed for dine in.

This location does not currently have a buffet available, and your order has to be placed at the counter for the one server to complete. No fountain drinks, only bottled soda in the cooler. I'm guessing they are super short-staffed, and trying the best they can to stay open. The restaurant is clean, but *completely empty* at lunchtime.

The other day we dined in and the service was pretty okay I don’t remember the waitresses name she had glasses and long hair. The restaurant was also very clean even the bathrooms. We also ordered to go and it was also pretty okay.

Decent food. The ordering delivery system does not allow enough room to give enough instructions so anything complicated is likely to cause problems. If you have complicated delivery instructions, better to order from somewhere else.

Last night I had the worst pizza I've experience I've ever had. I had several friends and family over and wanted to order pizza out of convenience. Took 55 minutes for the food to be delivered (standard average). They forgot half of my order, and when I discussed it with the delivered person she stayed in that she only brings what his package. The delivery person was a third party entity that I did not enroll in; I utilize the Pizza Hut.com ordering process. It took over an hour to get somebody on the phone to discuss my missing food, and another hour to deliver the food that was missing. This is the service you get when you order $70 worth of pizza.

Honestly, I would never normally write a review for a Pizza Hut but when I tell you the gal working the front counter gave 10/10 customer service it is no lie. She went out of her way to look for bowls and cutlery for something else we needed, helped us get everything bagged up really nicely, double checked our order and was genuinely friendly. The food was warm and what was expected so that was great too :) would recommend!

My pizza and drinks arrived early, and that was awesome. However, the pizza box and the pizza inside was bent, a third of the pizza was stuck to the inside lid of the box. It was still edible so I excepted it, but it looked like my three 2 liter soda bottles were placed on top of my pizza during delivery.
