Of course, this is a low price pizza chain, so pricing is 5 star. The taste is ok, obviously not gourmet. This particular location has issues with being slow. And, this is evidenced in multiple visits. Your best bet is to order ahead and then come pick up your pizza.

Google maps sent me to Walmart—it’s actually located next to Long John Silvers, in case anyone else has trouble finding it. Super friendly service. Online order estimated 20 minutes & it was just under that to get my food. Drive thru lane is very narrow and curves hard—won’t work for longer trucks. Short staffed but still super friendly

We were regular customers. Unfortunately we had a very upsetting visit, and witnessed many other clients have terrible encounters with the employees. We went at night, at 9:05. Had to order through the drive thru because they had the lobby closed and were telling all customers they had to use the drive thru. When customers would attempt opening the doors ( since they are regularly opened until 10) the were told it was closed and once the customer would turn away, the facial expressions they would receive was disappointed and heartbreaking. To add a cherry on top, while there drive thru was at full blast, the one employee was taking selfies in the back and was constantly on there cellphone. They don’t care about the company or there customers. They shouldn’t work where there unhappy. NEVER going back.

Employees here don’t wash hands before making the pizzas. Gosh watching the employees go from the pickup window, to the cash register, then to making pizzas all without once washing hands is gross.
Then once you get your food, it’s not even properly made… pizza was soggy in the middle and undercooked.
Not to mention the one girl that is constantly on her phone to text people, while you’re waiting to in the pickup drive through, then giving you you’re that’s been ready since before even getting there.
Also, they close the doors after like 7pm and you’re forced to go to the drive through.

Unbelievably bad customer service. The only staff that spoke to me was the last that came of break after I'd waited 15 minutes to pick up my 'fresh pizza and crazy bread. She pulled it out of the warmer and acted like she did me a favor. Will never eat here again and would never recommend it to anyone either. Oh, and the crazy bread was soggy and limp, barely qualified as bread. Do not eat here, ever.

Got there ,7:15 pm it was very busy the person helping me said it would be 15 mins for 4 large pepperoni pizza ok but this poor person keep getting more and more cars and people walking in I guessing it was this person and a cook I finally got out of my car to see what was taking so long the door was locked he looked at me as if he forgot ,I got my pizza at ,7:55 I'm am very upset no good customer service

Girl at the counter was super rude had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru. When I get home to finally eat my crazy bread is as flat as a pancake

Ordered crazy bread not dry bread with no garlic whatsoever. It’s not that hard to get this right. Waste of my time and money. Also want to mention I had a mobile order and still had to wait 10 mins when I was the only person in the drive thru. For what? My food was already ready. Unacceptable.
