Rolled in about 7am with my gift card. One woman was working, and she was doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. She got everyone served in a timely manner. I got an Impossible breakfast sandwich, which was good despite being prefab. 5 bucks is a lot for it, I thought, but it was good. The Impossible patty smelled like real meat, which was kind of weird, but I ended up liking it. Everything looked very clean. I prefer Panera's coffee over Starbucks coffee, but I had a gift card from Starbucks, so what you gonna do?

My husband and I had a baby and she was a bit heavy to hold. I was ordering our drinks with my Starbucks app and he set down for a minute. We weren’t using a table and he set down right on the edge of the bench when a short-haired middle age woman came over and asked us to go out and sit outside. This was very rude. What if I was an older woman who could not stand for too long but was waiting for my drink, so she would also tell me to leave or stand? At this point we decided to go elsewhere. Never again coming to this store.

I ordered 2 travelers to pick up at 8am. I show up at 8 am and ask for them- they hadn’t even started them because they’d “had a crazy morning.” Well thanks because now I’m going to have a crazy morning. So much for planning.
