Walked in maybe 1.5 hrs before closing and they ran out of Pho. But that's okay the very nice waitress suggested the beef soup or "Bo Kho" and it was delicious! Hit the spot and settled my craving for some Pho in this town. We're from Houston area where Pho restaurants are a dime a dozen. I could only find three locations here in Santa Fe, NM. This was a good choice as we had a very attentive server, & the soup is definitely worth noting for anyone willing to try it you won't be disappointed. 😋👍

We went there for dinner this evening and we had a horrible experience. This is not the first time we've eaten there, but this time it was more disappointing and dysfunctional than ever. Unfortunately, we like the food, but the service is terrible. Actually, we left stressed because it felt like we were in an emergency ward in a hospital. People coming and going and walking between tables.
First, the female server was very unfriendly and rude. The restaurant was packed especially with people waiting at the counter to pick their orders up. She was on the phone the entire time taking orders while she was also serving.
The server cleaned our table without saying hello leaving the table wet. When she threw our menus on the table they stuck to the table.
We has to wait at least another 1/2 hr. or more to order. She was on the phone at the same time we were ordering our meal. Not once did she smile or show any interest in us. When the food arrived several more minutes later, she threw it on the table without napkins or silverware or any garnishes which are supposed to accompany the Pho. We finally saw another server who was from the kitchen that was helping on the front end and asked him for the missing items.
This female server never once smiled or acknowledged us in any way. When we were done with our meal, we had to go up to the counter and wait in line in back of several people to pay. No one thanked us or cared about us as patrons.
It's a real shame that this restaurant doesn't know how to treat people in a friendly and hospitable manner. Because of this, we won't be patronizing this restaurant anymore. I don't know how this restaurant stays in business.

I went in to order food to go. Most tables were not busted, it was a mess. I stood at the counter and waited patiently as they took numerous orders over the phone. There appeared to be one lady doing everything front of house and she was not happy. She never acknowledged me in any way or offered to take my order. This is not the first time I've been there to try the place out. But I always leave because something doesn't feel right.

Doing some shopping in Santa fe with my sister when we got a craving for Pho. This was hands down some of the best pho I've ever had. The service was super quick and our food came out as we were finishing our spring rolls. Atmosphere is great and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I saw a table where people had some good looking bánh mì also. Definitely will be bringing my family here.

Liked this pho. Be careful saying the name out loud in front of your kids though ;)
It was a little tricky getting it to go and eating it in the hotel room. They give you the broth and ingredients separate and then you put it together. Probably should’ve just eaten it at the restaurant.
The broth had lots of flavor and we added our own level of spice. So good!

Delicious pho, friendly service and great vibe.
After reading negative reviews on google, I noticed several people complained about service. I paid special attention to it during my visit.
My first hand experience is that service is awesome at Pho Kim. We were treated very kindly, and service was quick and professional!
It’s a family restaurant. I really love the vibe of this place. They really care about quality, quantity and warmth of the place.
I had chicken pho, and it was really nice! Jasmine tea was fabulous!!!

Pho Kim is one of two much needed pho restaurants in this town, and the only one open on a Sunday, which is the reason for the third star, and the posting of the menu.
I called in some take out. Styrofoam containers: still only tepid. Vegetarian pho and beef pho. A little lacking in depth of flavor. Price: quite high for value. $22 for my two pho is a about 20% too high. Would I go again? Only because it’s the only pho place open on a Sunday. Any other day of the week, I would go to the other place

Pho Kim? More like Pho Kyou. The service is always slow and rude, and the place has a thin film of grime everywhere. Doesn't really matter if it's busy or not. Go elsewhere.
