My partner and I went in on a whim and felt like we hit the restaurant lottery. After a 30 minute wait, we got to sit at the bar and immediately ordered some delicious food. Started with the bhel puri which may have been the perfect appetizer. Perfectly seasoned, sweet, sour, crunchy, starchy. I ordered the chicken curry (well spiced and fragrant,) which was good. Not as good as the dosa we got though. We ordered it with lamb keema and it was the best thing we ate on our trip to Santa Fe so far. Prices were very good compared to the quality of food. I think we're used to paying more for less.

hell ya to the biggest dosa I've seen!!
really delicious time here at paper dosa.. we got the special and added cheese (really recommend doing so )
parking is available upfront but tight
service was fairly fast and the food we had delicious
staff was kind and gave suggestions, would recommend for anyone who wants a change from new Mexican food

The best food I’ve had in forever! I tried the dosa, prawn moilee, lamb chettinad, bhel puri, pakoda and everything was excellent!! Great service and ambience too. Really sad that my city doesn’t have this restaurant.

We had been to NM for a vacation, and went to this place merely reading positive reviews. The place serves best South Indian food. Great service and authentic ambiance. Dosas, Vada Sambar, Chicken, Paneer, Gulab Jamun, Ras malai everything was so good. They’ve limited menu but the food is amazing and cost is also okay. Loved the food, loved the ambiance. Best Indian food.

You have to visit Paper Dosa if you're in Santa Fe. Made from scratch contemporary Indian cuisine. I had the mango lassi, papdum with a chutney assortment, Chennai Chicken (not pictured), lamb kheema dosa and ras malai.

What a lovely, unique dining experience! Delicious and superbly plated Indian food! The dosas are fabulous. The service is fast and friendly. We found plenty of vegan options among the largely flesh based items. Dosas can be ordered vegan-just ask for no ghee.

Cute restaurant, gets busy so expect a little wait. Interesting, fresh take on Indian flavors. Outside seating with umbrellas, inside isn't fully open but several tables inside. Dosa was good but stuffing inside could be better. Worth a try.

We had a great dining experience here. Dahi Vada was so intensely flavored and yummy! Both Dosa(Masala And Paneer/peas) we tried were amazing! Very authentic flavors! The passion fruit custard dessert we took home were devoured by our roommates right away! I wish we could convince these good folks of Paper Dosa to open another restaurant in Denver! They even had a very tasty non alcoholic beer in the menu! Every time we are in Santa Fe, we will be back!
