As always, Marianne’s is a delight! Though, I’ve never seen their parking lot so empty. Maybe we came between the rushes? It’s all take-out, right now, and they get enough customers that, even this time of year, they ask that you not eat the treats in the parking lot. I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted, and my son was having a hard time remembering what he had last time. The girl behind the counter was super helpful and talked knowledgeably about the various flavors, and even the popular combinations. We were both super happy with our choices! If you haven’t been here before, definitely check them out! And if you haven’t been recently, come back! Ice cream is good at soothing stress, and good ice cream is better! Marianne’s is the best! And the whole world could use a little stress relief right now.
