We needed a late-night snack and shared a 3-pack of egg rolls that we're better than Panda Express egg rolls! The CinnaCrisp, or whatever they are called, topped it off most excellently! I would definitely stop there if I were just passing through and needed a snack. I will also go to Jack In The Box more locally to me!

I tried returning a sour doe Jack and the manager Kevin was so rude and at the end of his interrogation said he wasn't a manager and couldn't refund my money. I never had an experience like this before. Kevin should be fired and taught how to treat customers. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store. GO TO THE OTHER JACK IN THE BOX, NOT THIS ONE. GAS IS TO EXPENSIVE, I HAVE TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP BACK Here FOR MY $6.00 TOMORROW.

Always feel rushed and rarely ever get the order correct. This time the system malfunctioned and we were charge but the order never came through. Now I have to call corporate to get money back.
Update- can't get ahold of anyone and still have not been contacted.

The salad was ok. But the service and attitude of the employees gave me and my friend a very bad experience....I really want to eat at jack in the box but, my last 2 experiences have disheartened me. The customer service was rude and very unprofessional....I have been in the customer service business my whole life...they need to be schooled on how to speak to, or help a customer...

If they mess up your order, they will make you pay to fix it which is kinda like why are you paying for something you didn't order. Then they want to charge for ranch when you order jalapeno poppers then short you straw when you call them on it. Also watch out they will serve the wrong chicken to save costs weird they can't be honest.

It is nice to find a restaurant in
Santa Clarita open 24 hours and offers a full menu. Very happy to see when you want a meal or snack.

Jack in the Box on Via Princessas is simply AMAZING!! Maria though, is what makes this fast food establishment Awesome!! Excellent Service, as well as clean location puts Jack in the Box at the top of my Go To Fast Food Spots!!! Just check out their deals. Mickey D's and Carl's, Eat Your Heart Out!
