The Hispanic lady that poured my drink was extremely rude, purposely didn’t fill it up all the way while everyone else she did. Also did not even greet me just stared at me when she gave me my drink. I wouldn’t complain if she didn’t purposely left an inch of the cup unfilled which literally is not my money’s worth. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. Don’t take it out on people that just want to get their things and go.

Came on a Saturday afternoon 4pm after waiting over 10 mins. The employees are rude to the point where it’s comical. They first have no one attending the cashier, then this Hispanic lady comes, stands in front of the cashier, and starts gossiping with her coworkers. Never even spoke with the waiting customers. Then sits down, was about to take the order, and then takes off the apron and walks away. All without saying a word to the customers. There was a long line building up and several customers including us left without ordering.

Visiting this location as I am not anywhere geographically close to this location but, was in the mood for JJ. Stopped by, two employees playing on a cell phone at 1143 am. Stood there for a few minutes before they noticed me, and then they told me they weren't open. The rest of the mall was open, so I am not sure why they wouldn't be open. Then again, this is a recurring theme for this location, just read the reviews.

Good service, always the same love their smoothies and fresh orange juice, wheatgrass shots.
Valley fair mall is a busy mall so many times it does have wait times but staff tries fast to process the orders

Always good service, sometimes a little bit of a wait, depending on how busy they are! Right now, they have these large souvenir cups for 9.99 and when you bring them in, you pay for the small price to get them refilled! If you frequently visit here, it's a great deal!! Lots of variety in flavors, smoothies, juices, and they have small menu of healthy items as well as some not-so-healthy sweet treats (sweet pretzels for example)! Customer service here is always EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE! Employees are kind, pleasant, very helpful, great sense of humor, and patient!
