This location has been okay in the past but needs to do better cleaning in between customers.
Got the French Onion soup on a bread bowl and the soup was only about half way filled. It tasted okay but was really disappointed that they don’t put cheese in their French Onion.
Cashier was friendly. Went around 2 pm so it wasn’t very crowded which was nice.

This location makes expected provisions unavailable regularly -- probably to cut cost. Almond milk missing from self-serve area [staff says they never put it out], syrup missing, plastic capper stick missing, two empty honey bottles at every visit. Do they refill sanitizer? The counter person was very rude, pickup counter not trying to help either.

this chain has slowly become more and more of a ripoff over the years, $7 for just a cup of soup which took them 30 seconds to whip up. I give it two stars for having a large space to gather and get to work done (although the Wi-Fi is extremely slow) but they really need to find ways to make their meals better value

This place is always clean which I really like. The employees at the ordering counter are pretty nice all though I’ve encountered a few rude ones at times. Food is pretty quick. They took items off the menu so I don’t come very often now. That’s disappointing.

Expensive for the not good quality food. The cashier did not really explain the "2 for" deal so we felt a little ripped off. The new chicken sandwich was a dry piece of chicken with hardly any sauce on a dry bun. The strawberry salad was poor. The fruit seemed like it was sitting all day & the giant chunks of romaine were wilting & the dressing didn't help. The Flatbread Margherita pizza was barely warm not crisp or got. The tables for dining on were dirty. The Mediterranean bowl was the only good thing we got. Super disappointed overall after great food in the past &my boyfriend & I will never go back.

This establishment opens at 6:00AM, they were still brewing their charged lemonades teas, luckily for me, my most favorite flavor ( Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea) is ready!!

Had a bit of a frustrating incident with the rapid pick up today 4/20/22, but when I expressed my frustrations to Naomi/Nomi(apologies if I butchered your name) was very kind and quick to turn my experience around. This location could benefit from more people like her. Y’all need to give that gal a raise before you loose her!

Healthy options available here! Queue to order and pay. They don't have self service qiosk in this branch. Was looking for breakfast item even though pass 1030am and was glad they still have one last one for me.
