Cheese was at the bottom, do you not chop anything up for salads anymore? This is a sad salad. I took it all out and cut it up myself... It's missing lettuce and the avocado too. Ordering online should be convenient... This is horrible.

The app is great, but the 5 Points location routinely has issues with accuracy of orders. This last time, they left the cheese off my son's sandwich and instead of double lettuce on my sandwich, they gave me spinach. These are not little mistakes. They need to pay attention to what they are doing. I will be checking orders before I leave, from now on.

We have always loved the Tuna sandwich at Subway - it's almost the only kind we order. However today, we noticed they have stopped offering avocado slices and are now offering guacamole instead. The big problem is that it's not labeled spicy guacamole: It's terrible and ruins the flavor of the tuna. This major change to spicy guacamole is a big mistake for Subway. Also, an observation of one of the workers almost made me leave the line. The black olives, jalapenos, and dill pickles counter containers needed to be refilled. A gloved worker grabbed (with his hand) two large handfuls of jalapenos and refilled the counter's container; but then - without changing gloves - reached deep into the pickle supply bin to refill and mix these new "jalapeno-flavored" pickles with the pickles already in the counter container. I was shocked because I can't handle jalapenos but love dill pickles. He cross-contaminated both containers of dill pickles and the black olives too!! It was good that he used a glove, but should have thought about what he was doing. Then he took the supply containers with their contaminated remains to the back room to be filled again. It was a busy time with several people in line. This coulld be a health issue for some people.

Service was really slow, which I do not blame on the employee. There was only one lady attending the store, no surprise there were times when she was overwhelmed.

Normally a great fan of Subways. Not familiar previously with this particular location, but i will try to avoid in the future. Just had a chicken footlong ordered that came essentially without vegetables. No, they can't read your mind, but a request for spinach typically means more than 1-2 leaves. Ditto for tomatoes, etc.

Like all Subway shops. Covid restrictions make good service difficult if not impossible. Formula sandwiches are predictable. Friendly staff.
