Ordered from them at 8:10, didn't get ready until 9:30, then didn't contact us until 10pm after they closed to tell us our order had been canceled by them! We were furious and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get our $40 back. It shouldn't take almost 2 hours just to make an order, massive waste of time. Just order Dominoes.

Awesome place for a fast pizza! It's decently clean, service is in good spirits, helpful and knowledgeable . The store is a little tricky to get into but has lots of parking once you find it. We come here often while in Santa Barbara, so we have experienced this store almost like a local. Pizza is always fresh, cheesy and greasy just the way we like it 😁😁. We recommend the the thin crust, pepperoni with extra pepperoni 👌👌...delish.

Went in at 9 to place an order but the cashier said he cant take any orders ?and they close at 10pm.
Plus they were extremely rude to my sister. I understand they want to close early but they still had an hour to clean up and close operation.

To order at this little Caesars you have to be patient they take time but that’s because they are in the need of employees I come here with my daughter all the time because she loves pizza and I’m always happy to see a male assistant manager that always works there and makes me laugh he is really fast I’ve seen him work multiple stations at once when there is few employees what ever his name my respect but please respect them because I’ve seen a lot of customers go off on them especially for little things.

Pizza is at least consistent. Not great. Not bad! Hovering right around the so-so area. Perfect for a 16year old boy that will literally eat anything!!!
Service is also, OK. Could use some help there.
Will we eat here again? Um, yeah!! Its cheap and it fills the hole...need I say more?! Bon appetite, or whatever!

Wanted a bacon wrap pizza but they said the no longer made it. I have been getting the bacon wrap even though it was not on the menu. I wish they were more consistent because the other person makes it for me. Not this guy?
Came in 3 weeks later and was able to order the deep dish bacon wrap. Not sure why I could not before.
