This is a classic IHOP. Although it does seem newly renovated and clean. The menu seems to have shrunk and is now basically breakfast and burgers. It has a really nice patio with shade and the inside is marked by a large tree that actually grows from the middle of the restaurant. The food was good IHOP, but the price point is definitely up.

Friendliness of the waiters gets a bonus point but overall more expensive than any denny’s. Make sure to check out the specials as they are always a few bucks cheaper and offer essential the same food. They also have senior specials.

Great People. Great food. Clean. And very kind. We went for Breakfast with our 2 year old daughter. She was just being a kid and they treated us with so much kindness. We for sure will be back. The food was delicious. Thumbs Up!!!. Thank you for a level of service that exceeded our expectations.

The staff were great! I had the steak omelet with a side of hash browns. I like to add ketchup on top of the salsa to add some sweetness. Went on a Monday so parking wasn’t an issue.
