Oh my goodness gracious! An entire array of delicious gluten free pastries and breads meant we bought lunch, then took dessert and a load of bread to go. Service with a smile made this a perfect day. Go early. You'll want to take your time to enjoy every bite.
We got a green tea, the vegetable quiche, a dirty chai latte and a breakfast sandwich. The food was good. The quiche was dead on, and the breakfast sandwich was pretty good as well. I had higher hopes for the brioche my sandwich was made with, but maybe it just wasn't their best bake. The drinks were enjoyable though. My biggest complaint here is value. With tip, our breakfast was $50, and honestly it just wasn't worth that.
The place is pretty cute though, and the people are friendly. I personally wouldn't make the return trip for breakfast anyway, but I can understand why someone would.
This is a fantastic gluten-free bakery. Everything here is delicious and they also serve breakfast and brunch items. They close at 2pm so make sure to come early.
Beautiful spot with a ton of gluten free options. Great for my brother in law who has celiac. They are super busy and have a nice clean interior. Folks are so nice behind the counter and food is great.
If you want a cake or baked good order ahead.
Quiche is incredible!
We specifically sought out a gluten-free bakery for our mid morning breakfast while in Santa Barbara. This portion of State Street is closed to cars, so the walk from block to block was tranquil and unrushed. We decided to share our breakfast between the two of us and selected one sweet dish (French toast with fruit) and one savory (eggs Benedict). A great idea! The food came quickly, along with a beautiful latté that was artfully presented. We sat outside and were in heaven as we relished every bite. Definitely worth seeking this place out.
Love the atmosphere and amazing goodies! Not just for people who eat gluten free. Would definitely come back again
