Never had bad food here. Indoors is clean with a fresh start. Took WAY too long to be acknowledged. Stood there roughly 2 minutes when deciding to download app and order. Had downloaded, browsed, selected. Seconds from hitting confirm order, when a gal said hello. . . I've done customer service before. Chances skyrocket in losing a customer that isn't addressed within 30 sec of arrival. That's my two cents.

Incredibly friendly staff. D greeted me when I stopped in to pick up an order. I was a little early and he mentioned it might be a few extra minutes, so he offered me a complimentary drink while I waited which was going above and beyond for nothing. This type of friendly and positive attitude goes a long way. Thank you again!

We ordered two 16 piece family dinners and there were items missing. I called up to explain. And Jeremiah said to come up and he would fix it. I get to the store and lobby doors are closed and line is about 10 cars long and not moving. Come to find out Jeremiah and one other person are working here and that is it. So despite our order being wrong, hats off to you two for showing up and working your shift. I will be contacting corporate to make them aware of this because you deserve recognition for being a two man show this day. Thank you for being pleasant and still great to your customers when you had every reason to shut it down and walk off today. Very impressed with these young men.
