Walked in at 8:38 when it’s clearly posted they’re open until 9. The two employees glanced at each other and then one muttered “we’re closed…” while looking at the floor. If you’re not going to serve me up until close, change your hours. 20 minutes before close is not unreasonable.

Usually they do okay here. But we ordered two large subs and took them home. They got both subs wrong. They added cheese when I said no cheese, and then I ended up ordering one of their more expensive sandwiches and instead got one that was wrong and I did not like it

I was impressed with the honest candor, and the delivery of product there in. Both cashier, and sandwich artist, dude is fast.

So refreshing to find a place that just serves up consistent food, consistent service, and decent prices. Those 3 things are almost never found all in one place since 2020 and all the current generation of teenagers came out of the woodwork to take out their rage on us old fogeys who can't understand what happened to basic tenants of customer service. These guys do it right, you can tell they have a customer-oriented culture from the top down. Love my Firehouse.

These subs are awesome. They have well prepared subs and excellent customer service. I like iced tea, and they have it, along with a variety of other fountain drinks. I got the Engineer, which tasted great. We usually eat Quiznos subs, but took a chance on this place and we're pleased to find that Firehouse subs are better. I like how they donate to firemen.

Quite enjoyed this place. For a sandwich shop it's really good! I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Engineer. Both very well made. Bread is so soft and smells so good! Bacon was so soft was not overcooked like most sandwich shops. Honestly out of both I loved the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Overall experience defiantly amazing, will come back for sure!! Amazing decor, and the kids get a cute firefighter hat!! Total win win!
