I still gave them a great tip! But I sat there we're heading to order they were busy I have to give them that that this is at the Sandy Spring store on Glenridge! But I was staying there clearly like just looking at the venue in and looking at down them and look at them and look at down them I thought Bella to take my water but I have to say well I was kind of steering in between like pick up and but no one talk to me no one ask me any questions that's the issue! I'm not going to ramble anymore but they did have really good service they just were I guess busy as all get-out! Thanks for letting me share my experience I think they can do better than that! Thank you Jason Adair wood! I've been with you guys since the beginning I'm down here! Your food I guess that's the feedback you really want it was okay it could have been better with I've been to a lot of locations the ones in Alpharetta and different places in I've had better or than I had today! I'm not going ramble on anymore like they tried to say earlier but you guys want feedback I'm going to give you feedback anyway y'all have a blessed evening and thanks keep fighting the good fight

Walked in and there were no customers. Great, at least I thought. Three workers were there. Got all the way to the registers and stood there for at least 15 seconds. NOT a single employee acknowledged me. Didn’t even make eye contact, no greeting, nothing at all. How disappointing. There are several other food places in this plaza. I will be giving them my business going forward.

Absolute awful experience with the cashier here. She refused to take a valid T-Mobile Tuesday deal because I pressed the redemption button as I walked up rather than showing it to her. And as the 5 MINUTE timer runs down (mind you I showed it to her as it went down from 4:54) and she stated she could not accept it per “Firehouse procedure”. Nowhere on the deal did it state you have to press to redeem in front of the cashier’s eyes. It stated to do so when you’re first in line, which I was, and to show the cashier BEFORE the time runs down. So now, I had to PAY for my entire meal AND I no longer can use my deal. Absolutely disgusted by this worker. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

I would not recommend this place to eat. The older lady is not friendly what so ever. You can tell they do not care about presentation or quality of their food. They do not greet you when you walk in the door. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

Been sitting here watching them do absolutely nothing as I wait for someone to make my food. Been sitting here for 15 minutes with only one other customer in the place. They are all just standing around looking lost. This location has gotten worse and worse over the last year or so.

I’m not sure what’s been going on with this location lately, but I’ve just placed my last order with them. The last several times I’ve ordered with either door dash or Uber eats (to help provide income to someone who needs it), my orders have been COMPLETELY wrong. Breads get mixed up, one sandwich having items the other sandwich should have - while the next doesn’t have anything right on it, extremely long times to make a sub, oh, and don’t expect to ever get the signature side pickle, because you won’t. I’ll be ordering from local establishments now, as this franchise is just not what it used to be.
