Burger King

Expect this place to be closed anywhere between 10 mins to 2 hours before their hours say they are supposed to be closed. Last time I went there I was trying to just grab a quick sprite before they closed. Arrived at 1050 when they closed at 11. The manager tells me they're closed and I pointed out that they should be open for another 10 mins to which she ignored me so I left. Unbelievably that's one of my better experiences with the night shift/manager. The fact that this has been happening for years along with all the horrible reviews stating the same issue just shows corporate management/ownership doesn't care about anything but profits.

Ordered 2 chikings and ended up getting original chicken patties on chiking buns with pickles and sauce like we won't know the difference from fake chicken and real. Not to mention the original chicken sandwiches are 2 for $5 the chiking is $5.39 a piece bad business trying to rip people off, also asked for my money back and apparently the manager can't do basic math shorted me $1.38 and these people want $15+ a hour give me a break

Last Friday evening I pulled in to Burger King on Perkins Ave Sandusky, at the same time as another car. That car was on the inner lane & I on the outer lane. That car started to order 1st & a worker ask me to wait a moment. So as I'm waiting a moment the 1st car pulls around & another car pulls up & begins to order. I said "hello" a very rude individual said I asked you to wait a moment...I replied "that was awhile ago" she then proceeds to say "we are in the middle of shift change & if you are going to be smart you can just leave" I told her I'm not being smart I just stated what you said to me awhile ago" So she took my order...& I pulled around...I knew it was not the cashier at the 1st window ..She was very pleasant when I got to the 2nd wind to get my food...I soon found out who was being rude...she was very nasty ...I asked for her name she said Malina in a smart tone. Then I asked her for some ketchup...she turned around & grabbed a hand full up ketchup & threw it in the bag...upon handing my food out the window she tried to throw the bag at me& I caught it...as I caught the bag I felt the force of her hand. Another plus size lady that was at the window also thought her actions were very funny as she was laughing...in the midst of all this ...the very rude & disrespectful lady turned around & almost knocked the healthy lady over. She didnt give my drinks & I realized that as I pulled off...I did go back & get my beverages & she was no longer get at the window. I called up to Burger King to speak to a manager & she must be 1....she would not give me her name. I told her I'm calling corporate. She does not need to work in customer service. She tried to assault me with the food. & Ive been trying to call Burger King & they are not answering the phone....Im pretty sure there is a camera that picked this up. She is white with blonde hair and gapped teeth!

We originally waited at the speaker for at least 7-10 mins, four other cars drove away, both lines were open, no greeting, or be with you in a moment, I said, hello…was answered, ordered, got home, our original chicken sandwiches came with two burnt buns, one with just a chicken patty.., ordered mozzarella sticks, did not get. I called, asked to speak with manager, gentleman said, he was, I asked, whom I was speaking with, he would not tell me his name, very unprofessional, if he is a manager, and I identified him as the person at the window, he confirmed, he definitely needs refreshed on management training!! I wouldn’t bring someone else through this Burger King let alone myself or family, just terrible!!
