Came here on Thursday around 1pm before going to Great Wolf Lodge. They were short staffed & only had the drive through open. We had an order for 8 people. We waited in the drive through no more than 10 mins!! From order to pick up widow. Our order was 100% correct, hot & fresh! The staff was extremely polite & efficient! So glad it was a good experience!

The food is always fresh and made properly. However, I have come here two times in the last month and they have said they aren’t doing ice cream both times. Both times, we arrived around 6/6:30. I would understand if it was near close, but it hasn’t been. Additionally, the app has said this location is closed for the past several months so you are unable to get 1/2 priced drinks at any time. The staff doesn’t listen at the speaker half the time and you are left repeating yourself several times.

Last time we were here they didn't have ice cream at all. This time they are closed at 4:30pm on Thursday. How the hell can an establishment stay open at all? I understand staffing shortages but damn. Will never try this location ever again. To be honest the overall quality of the franchise in general has gone way down hill over the years.

Don’t come in at night. They will tell you they close soon and mess up your food if it takes them longer than 2 minutes to make. As a person who works finger to the bone. I don’t respect these workers at all. Lazy and can’t provide the service they are paid to provide. Two woman just gave me relish on a bun. That’s it. My family and I were in line at 8:50pm, I guess this location closes at 9pm which is fine. However, we were left in line, lights shut off and nobody takes our order at the speaker. I would think if you're in line before 9pm, you'd still get your order taken.

Awful! Service was very unprofessional, rude, hottest day of the year and no ice cream. Left one meal out of my order and I had to go to the door to request it, which I got screamed at. Or wait in line for another 25 minutes. My burger which I asked for just ketchup had everything but ketchup on it and I wasn’t going back to the door to get screamed at again. I get the world is short on workers, I also work, but customer service is always #1. Owners need to train or get rid of the ones working today. WOW 1st time at a Sonic and I will never return.

First time at a Sonic today..I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings. Was told they were out of onion rings..no big deal as most places are having supply issues. Waited appox. 5 minutes for burger and as I was the only one in line
I assumed it was being cooked. Was thanked graciously by the employee at window ( Samantha..the only reason there are any stars) and a few minutes later got a bite of a nice dry, room temperature burger. $5.99 for two dry, pre-cooked, less than lukewarm patties that didnt make a dent in melting the cheese. The shame is, if the meat was hot, it would have been a good burger. But it's one and done for me...$5.99 is too much to just throw away on bad food.

Kids have been dying for sonic. We don't have one near us, so we came to Sandusky. 45 minutes. It was 730 when we got there. We pulled to a parking spot with the speaker. No sign that they weren't serving there. Even 2 employees were parked in a spot yelling and carrying on. Never once said a word to me.
We finally went through the drive thru. I work in retail so I get out of stuff and short staffed, but I'd never treat my customers so rude. At the speaker i ordered and she messed it up twice, got rude when i told vher the correct virder. Kept asking if that was it. I tried to get her back on the speaker but she refused to answer. The girl at the window was awesome and i felt so bad for her.i I told her I tried to get the other lady on the speaker because I needed another milkshake. The lady who took my order started yelling and cussing about my order it was unreal. Once we got our shakes it was a major disappointment. None of them were made correctly. They were runny. They had barely any flavor in them. That's not how you treat people. If that's how she treffed. Her name was Nesa..??
