Outback Steakhouse

Improvements from last few times (a year ago)of ridiculous service and sub-par food. Perhaps new manager has gotten a good crew. We did go during an off peak time with only 2 guests, so not a great review of quality under pressure. Steaks were great in every way. All sides were perfect and waitress although a rookie it seemed was kind and helpful

we used to go there all the time because they had the best steaks but this last time we were there the food looked horrible, had no flavor, the potatoes were gummy and the steaks were so dry they had a hard crust on top. my boyfriend ordered a strawberry mojito and it was just sour and salty and gross. When we asked for a replacement drink, we waited almost a half an hour just for another drink when they had maybe six tables in the whole restaurant. we did not drink any of our drinks, and still had to pay for most of the meal when we expressed our dissatisfaction. We ended up paying $30 for two untouched drinks and the salad which WAS decent. Both of our meals were relatively untouched and so were our drinks and we still had to pay $30. We will never eat here again.
