I missed breakfast and decided to get a breakfasts sammie. It was egg, cheese, bacon on sourdough. How good does that sound?? It was the most tasteless thing I had ever eaten. Never again...

This Dunkin has the best customer service of any in the area. The food is consistent, the people working are friendly, and the manager leads by example. I drive out of my way to come here.

Understaffed and only serves drive thru and disregarded inside patrons. Three customers walked out inside. Tim hortons is better anyway.

Simple order, not filled accurately. Second time happening. Had to repeat order 3 times, at mic, then twice at window. Only ordered drink, 2 croissants.

I wanted jelly filled munchkins, got the plain powdered.. then, ordered 2 sausage muffins, 1 with sausage & cheese only..other one only sausage. Both had cheese.. the corrected one was giving very politely, and courteous at drive thru. ( After waiting 4 cars) Between those 2 mess-ups and lack of selection on donuts.. I'll go to the 4* in Niagara falls next time even though it's way farther drive from Lockport
