Peet's Coffee & Tea

I visit this Pete’s coffee quite frequently. I was going to Starbucks but I discovered I like the coffee at Pete’s better. The app is reasonably easy to use once you figure it out and you can tip the barista‘s easily compared to Starbucks. The employees are really nice. Once I was in a hurry and I scheduled the wrong time to pick up my coffee and some snacks and when I went in they went ahead and rushed it anyway so I can get to my appointment on time. I went back later and even before I could tell them they said last time you were here or you forgot your pumpkin bread and we were hoping you would come back to get it. It’s also across the street from Whole Foods which is next to HomeGoods target is the same shopping center and right across the street is the San Ramon city center. They have a little patio on the side. It gets a little noisy with the traffic but if you want to sit outside it’s available.

Peet’s Coffee. Always the best. Beats Starbucks every time. Amazing how many people don’t know this. This is a great location with great staff. Recently they set aside a pound of coffee beans I paid for but forgot to pickup. (The store was closing mid-day due to a PG&E power cutoff so I had hurried out.) They kept it for me and had it waiting for me the next day. Nice!

It's a great location! The part that impressed me the most, was the manager was keeping an eye on her new employee on the (I think he was being trained)cash register, also keeping an eye the barista and when it got busy she stepped in, starting making drinks on the other station. She was great! Peet's, good job traing that manager! She is a keeper!
