This particular KFC is well above average for fast food. The service is always great. My meal (extra crispy) was crisp, hot and moist. The restaurant is clean. Kudos to the manager of this store.

Google maps really called me out on this one 😂 KFC is my guilty pleasure, I have it maybe once or twice a year and I either hate it and throw up or it's just PERFECT and I love it. This was one of those times I loved it enough to review a Fast food restaurant.
The chicken was fresh and crispy, the biscuit was warm and fluffy and honestly, nobody makes better coleslaw than KFC.
No pictures were taken. Evidence was destroyed before reaching final destination. 😬

I love KFC! This is my 2nd time in my entire life i had KFC and never a dissapointed. Fresh and crispy chicken for a quick meal...and reasonal prices...great! The customer service at this location is just Amazing! Staff are always smiling and this shows the owner cares about their employees! Good job! Will continue to give business to this store.

Sometimes, you need meals, going through sad family events. We had a great couple of dishes from this place. A lot of us have not eaten kc over 20 years. Did not let us down..

This of a much better KFC than the one nearby. The chicken are freshly fried, not over cooked. And my order was correctly filled. I will rather drive further to this store than the other KFC nearby.

Well I like these place because the employees are very kind specially a young lady who is the managers and the other cashier as well. They always take care of you and the most important thing place is clean and neat. I could go Concord but I rather drive to san ramon because I like their service and food is fresh.

Went first time to pick up from this location. I did not get correct order , so I paid extra 5$. I didn't mind later because chicken pieces were very good but mass potato's gravy was more salty and couldn't feel good flavor. I could give overall 3 star but I feel they are very hard worker. For sure, I will go again and hoping much better experience. I love KFC.

I’d once chicken Original Recipe from San Ramon KFC. I liked the flavour and fibre! If you want a quick lunch out or just evening time snacks this the place worth giving a shot. It’s just simple and quality food.
Staffs are cordial and professional. Mahalakshmi helped me to find the right menu item.

I have tasted chicken at several different outlets but the one that is served at KFC has a unique taste. I love the popcorn chicken the most. I love the drums and the thighs in the regular flavor. The chicken gravy and KFC’s finger licking good sauce are my all time favorites. Thus far I have been to KFC, San Ramon four times with my family. I would certainly go there again and again to satiate my taste buds with delicious chicken. Diana, the Manager and Mahalakshmi, the cashier are amicable there at KFC, San Ramon.
