This place doesn't seem to have many flavors but their boba is great! (100% better than boba guys.) I just got the classic milk tea and it was good! $5 for it. They made it very quick! It was not busy at all, they had no line or anything!

Tried this tea place a few times after CORVID started. The teas don’t come with any toppings—all of them are $0.50 each, except for White Pearl (agar boba) which is $0.75. As a tea lover, I find the tea flavors not strong enough. The regular boba is pretty chewy. The Tea Mousse is too sweet for my taste. For those who enjoy fruit teas, this might be a good place to visit. Service is decent. Cashier is usually courteous. But sometimes I would encounter a grumpy staff who wouldn’t even utter a word.

I got the popcorn chicken, it was thigh\ leg meat, fresh, hot and juicy! The batter is a crunchy\flaky light coating, something like panko, subtle flavor. It tastes more like actual popcorn chicken rather than traditional Taiwanese salt and pepper chicken (no strong garlic or five spice flavor). $2.99 for a small bag, so a good value, but I probably would pass if I wanted something with more traditional flavor. Also they don't use skewers, just plastic forks( just fyi)

Tried oolong milk tea and coffee milk tea. Its below average compared with other tea stores. I personally did not like it. It should have some cheese or Oreos on it for extra taste. They should try something differently Also the straw perimeter should be wide for enjoying tea with toppings

i had a neutral tone but the man at the register with no glasses and tattoos was very rude. he would shake his head at an ordinary drink order, nothing complicated. not very patient as well. it was not busy in the store as well

5 stars because they have board games such as chess, 'sushi go! party', and Jaipur, as well as jenga blocks, and a mini pool set, making a fun place to hang out while you drink. The tea here is more about broad flavor (and sweetness) than the subtle nuances of tea variants, so while to my layman's palette it's on par with anywhere else in town, that won't be everyone's experience.

Good pearl tea options and very comfy seating. They let you choose how much ice and sugar you want in your drink, which is nice. The pearls are a little sweet and a little chewy, which is pretty much how I like them. They even have a decent food menu. We tried the fried tofu which was different from other chains. It's more like Shake-and-Bake, but it's pretty good.

Great milk tea options and absolutely delicious popcorn chicken. It's probably the lightest batter of any popcorn chicken I've had at other boba places so it gives it a nice crunch. Drinks are fully customizable. No outdoor seating but in a convenient part of downtown San Mateo that can sometimes be hard to find parking around.
