I understand that pictures presented on menus are not indicative of actual products, but come on Panera! You could certainly do better than this!
Went by tonight and the "Stacked Mac N Cheese" looked delicious as I love the Panera Mac N cheese! I was seriously disappointed in this sandwich and recommend everyone steer clear of it. It is far from stacked! You'd get a sandwich with more Mac N cheese by getting 2 slices of bread and a side of the mac! True...there are other things in the sandwich, but...

The girl behind the counter was nice but someone messed up my order and I didnt find out until I goy back to the hotel. I orderd a bacon, egg, and cheese but I got an egg and cheese ☹️!

CHECK YOUR FOOD INSIDE AND OUT! I come here all the time and this time I had found a DEAD BUG under my sandwich. I called to let them know to check their other boxes and all the manager said was “ok. I’ll let them know” and that was it. NO sympathy towards their being a dead bug! Nor a solution. It’s like they hear it all the time. Will not be ordering food from here ever again. Completely gross

I had seen the commercial for the Chicken Sandwich, so I decided I would give it a try. I had placed my order through the app, which was probably the only good thing about this store. The manager who was on the phone with someone, looked like he was doing inventory. I had to shake my head as he had black fingernail polish and a white "Santa Claus" beard. I stood around the register until some young kid asked if I needed some assistance. He handed me my order and I walked out.
The spicy chicken sandwich was in a box. It had a little bit of heat, but almost no flavor. There was not any sauce on it. It expects a little more veggies on it and some sort of mayo or chipotle mayo, etc. The chips were their standard Panera Kettle chips. They were descent. They were probably the only good thing about the whole meal next to the chocolate chip cookie I ordered.
I was very disappointed with the quality of food at this place. I have eaten here many times in the past and previously it had always been fantastic. Thanks Panera, I will order my spicy chicken sandwiches elsewhere.

Yesterday I ate at Panera with some friends. I love your food because it is fresh and the bread is awesome. Unfortunately, this is my turkey sandwich. The bread reminded me of the generic wheat bread you can buy at HEB. I got a small amount of wilted lettuce and some red onion. Three slices of pressed deli turkey. This just bothered me. It was so unexpected for a restaurant of your quality.

I have ordered from them many times and it's always been fine. Today I ordered my usual, the receipt I received was correct, but the whole order was wrong. When I re-ordered the same thing they gave me the wrong receipt and I was missing my small salad and side.

Dismissive staff, the manger is the only person who is considerate and listens. Every other staff member is RUDE, I understand you're busy but just because you're busy doesn't mean you have to disregard customer service. Nice way to start the morning, no smile no hello nothing. I visit every morning and I've been doing so for 10 years, I think its time I go elsewhere.
