Beautiful, mesmerizing place. Took Mocha, must say the coffee tastes great.

Relaxed, chill and more space than you find with most coffeehouses. The farmhouse is eclectic and is a pleasant place to be. Only complaint was that the food menu essentially shut down after 2PM, yet the shop was open till 11PM. Other than that the coffee was good and the people were pleasant (which goes a very long way).

Came to this coffee shop for a bite to eat. We are from Austin and we're here to shop the outlets. Upon arrival, I thought the place was closed and started to search for a different place as my husband went to check to see if they were open. They were and we gave it a shot. It's order at the counter. We grabbed coffee and tacos. The food was 5 stars but I gave a 4 star rating for the atmosphere. It definitely has character, being in an old house, but it didn't feel super clean and inviting. There were obvious renovations going on though. Overall, good experience.

Love the environment here, I've my best friends here! Great coffee, overpriced teas. The tacos here are great, I literally eat here all the time just because of the cheap tacos. Lots of food options but more pricey. Environment really depends on day and time, finals week it's packed with stressed students, during bluegrass or shows and mini minutes lines out the door for beer special, do not want to study here then at all.

Great coffee with lots of options. Their food is fantastic, I have never had a thing that didn't taste fresh, and delicious. The veggie taco is my favorite, do not fear broccoli in a breakfast taco. Also their salsa is legit, red and the green. They have live music some nights and beer and wine specials most nights I think.

Cute little place in San Marcos that is family friendly. It's a great spot for sitting down with your laptop and working or studying, or you can just stop by for a good tea or coffee. My husband got a latte and was very impressed with it.
