Round Table Pizza

I like this place because it does what I need it to do... Hot fresh pizza, cold suds and a big screen option. It's been clean every time I've visited -including the restrooms, the staff had been helpful and courteous and my food has been out of the kitchen in a timely manner with my order correct. I've got no complaints. 🍕😊

They don’t blow it here and you get your money’s worth most of the time. Edit: since the Round Table closest to the studio will no longer deliver - yeah, they are odd like that- this Round Table plays politics with this fact and refuses to deliver. Its always the same person on the phone who sounds sweet as sugar but fundamentally won’t lift a finger to make extra effort to deliver to me. I gotta down rate corrupt politics, as we all should.

I am editing my review a week later to give five stars to Maria. After providing feedback, the wait time for phone-in orders improved significantly. Maria provided great service and she deserves the recognition. I am hoping that Maria’s work ethic inspires her fellow coworkers. Very unhappy with this location. I am never able to get through on the phones to order. Today, while waiting outside, I called and watch a worker put me on hold. They have two workers in the front and four to the back side. No one was taking orders from the phone. I left a message to corporate as well. The workers were unapologetic and rude. The lady worker was rude and did not care if our order was not taken by phone and continued to tell her coworker that it’s not his issue. Customer service is overlooked as a whole. No one was concerned about giving satisfactory service. Less than one star.
