Bad food. Even worse customer service. I am specifically talking about NORA. She is rude AF. She did not accept my coupon. I don't care about the extra entree, but there is a certain way to talk to a customer. Worst Panda Express branch ever! Avoid it

I ate "chow mein" 10/26/15 in Panda Express in Bay Fair Mall. After 2-3 hours my eyes began to swell and my face appeared red spots. it was like an allergy, although I do not have allergies to food! It was a couple of hours, but the puffy eyes gone only the next day! Horrible, guys! Be careful please...
