Not a huge burger fan, but these are actually quite good. Their pies and tarts were really nice too. It feels a little on the expensive side for burgers and fries. This is not your average, fast food-style fare though. The burgers are chunky and juicy. I tried the sweet potato pie and it was smooth and creamy. Also, it is one of the few places open late that isn't a drive thru. It is definitely worth trying.

Great burgers & fries was so tasty when ever I come to San Leandro I always go to nations, it seems the burgers get bigger and bigger and taste better each time and they have great pies that's there speciality great food.

This is a great little dive. The burgers and pies are amazing and the onion rings are pretty great too. The service is pretty quick and friendly. I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a better than average burger or old fashioned pie.

Just Came in to get two slices of pie and the guy helping me was very friendly and polite. Everytime I come here their Customer service is ALWAYS excellent and this young man didn't mess up their streak. This location is always clean and spotless. That's why whenever I'm in San Leandro I always come here.

Great late night place after the 4th of July fireworks show and Oakland Arena. Not bad. We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches.

I will say the food here Is good, however If your trying to eat healthy you might want to consider another restaurant.

Nation's is my late night go to when I have a little change in my pocket. Whenever I have a bad day a slice of cheesecake will cheer me up. But lately when I get the bacon double cheeseburger my burger is not cooked all the way through it's happen 3 times at two different locations. I always ask for my burger to be well done when I order it so I don't understand not do I like this new trend of undercooked meat.
