Tasty little Mexican restaurant in the center of San Juan Capistrano. They have a nice outdoor covered area that is great for fresh air and for having pets come along with you. The burritos are gigantic and they have a full salsa bar. They also serve alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. There is a parking structure immediately adjacent to the restaurant that is $2 per hour.
Don't let the tiny prices fool you, these are big menu items and you will leave full! We had burritos, tacos, enchiladas, salad, quesadillas, and street corn with real coke and loved every bite. The carnitas was amazing as was the shrimp and chicken.
The salsa bar is excellent and we're definitely coming back!
Extensive menu for a great fast casual restaurant. So many items I want to try. The braised beef was delicious. Lots of tequila options for fresh margaritas. Staff helpful and very friendly. Enjoy the hi-top table seating inside or sit outside on the patio and enjoy the hustle and bustle of San Juan. Will definitely return many times I'm sure.
We tried this place for the first time last week. We ordered three tacos and they were pretty good. The location, service and atmosphere were also good. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the price. It was about $30 for three tacos and one plate with rice and beans. Other than price we liked the food.
Great little place. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Good good and chips and guacamole were excellent. It’s just really perfect.
We’ve been many times and have never reviewed. But our food is always INCREDIBLE. Last night had delicious fish tacos. The guac is insane. My Mexican mojito was fresh and delicious. The chef clearly cares about his food!
Every time I bring my loved ones, friends and colleagues they love the menu and vibe. Perfect location too. They revamped the place made it even more beautiful, renamed “Don Juan” but same excellent customer service and menu! Make sure you support their business with your love
Wow. I am a professional athlete that has been staying in the area and craving great Mexican food as well as a place with great service. All I can say after eating at this place is that the search is now over. I will be a returning customer for as long as I am here. The owner Marcelo as well as the staff here are top notch. Lots of great things coming for this spot!
Didn't think much about this place at 1st. I mean, we were hungry and since this was the closest thing to the parking structure, we just walked in and decided to give it a try. OMG, were we pleasantly surprised at how delicious Everything tasted!!! I do mean Everything. The tacos needed no extra salt, hot sauce or anything. Perfect!! Even the chips for the salsa were excellent. The drinks were perfectly mixed as well. They have a lot of Tequila. Different types. We highly recommend you try this place. You wont be disappointed.
