Drive thru. Friendly staff, reliable expected food from a chain
Jack in the Box (Fast Food). Jack in the Box, a very popular fast food chain, deserves to be popular. Here, the food is actually tasty. While you still faint from reading the calorie counts, at Jack in the Box you get awesome bang for your buck. From tacos to salads to burgers, anything you purchase is sure to please. The fries are usually perfectly salted, and the burgers are hot, juicy, and delicious.

The female did not understand my order so after the 3rd time ... a male stepped in to take my order. My 2 chicken sandwiches with Swiss cheese were cooked fresh to order and yum!
Has drive-thru and they accept EBT Cards. Plus,they actually ARE open 24 hrs/7 days a week..
Decent jack in the box. Pretty clean, nice workers, and a fast drive thru.
Cons. A good amount of homeless. After the drive thru it's hard to get out or turn left due to the high activity of downtown.

Open all night (drive through). These people hustle to keep the lines moving. They do a great job of it.
They have always had great attitudes in my experience at this location. Never negative. This says a lot to me about the management.
Food is good as expected.
*I theorize that we each have the ability to navigate only so many perturbations for any period of time. When two or three issues pop up at once, a person might pull their hair out (an attempt to expand the brain, maybe?). The whole day may allow one or two more, depending on the outcomes of the first two or three. Some incidents may encounter several irritations in working toward the solution, right? So, it’s so important for managers to have the support of their employees, and to delegate and trust the employees to work out problems as they arise.
Micromanaging is a trap and a hamster wheel, will cause more problems than are solved by it. *When managers are concerned with their three sides: boss/the owner, the customers AND, equally, the employees (fair time-clocking, scheduling/personal time needs, breaks, delegations and duties, and just treating employees with the same respect as for anyone else) then everything gets done more efficiently. Employees will usually reciprocate respect and will often be well-supportive. Trust and respect go hand-in-hand. The rough roads smooth out when attitudes are good. It’s great for the customers.
And the boss/owner? Well, it’s not their goal to be happy. But if they have reasoning like Jack, himself, then they probably are.
Okay here's what I really like about Jack in the box
1) they are always serving breakfast and their breakfast is pretty good. Nice variety of things to pick from. good hash browns good coffee
2) they're open late if not 24 hours and that is appreciated. Food is not overpriced and if you got the app it's even better.
3) there's always new items and special so it's never really boring.
All that being said there are two items from the past I wish they would bring back the first one is the nachos from back in the late '80s early 90s. Oh my God were they delicious! The 2nd item was the sliders that they had just about 5 years 6 years ago I think.
It's Jack in the Box. You either love it or don't. I personally love it! Being from the Midwest I don't have Jack's back home. So it's a treat for me! Food is great, if not a touch on the pricey side for fast food. But what isn't out here in silicon valley right? And the staff at this particular location are awesome. I'm a regular here and have been ever since I got back and they treat me very well. Never had a bad or negative experience here. And their open 24-7 to boot! Even on Holidays. All holidays. Definitely recommend
Food is fast and tasty. I like that we get coupons in the mail for the items that we actually order. The staff here is always pleasant.

Overall it wasn't bad. That day there was however a problem with their ice maker hopefully there's fixed it by now. All in all it was good
Shout out to Gustavo, man deserves to be recognized.
I arrived on a Sunday night, tonight in fact. The drive thru was a tad bit busy. Unbeknownst to me it was cause seemingly it was only Gustavo working the window and grill at least that’s what it seemed to me. With how busy it was he needs to be recognized because throughout the whole time I was there and once I arrived to the window not only was he calm, he was genuinely nice.
He needs a raise, opportunity to grow or at minimum some sort of recognition. We’re all too quick to hate and write negative reviews because we experience prolonged wait times, but in these times sometimes we need to be in other peoples’ shoes. I’ll be honest with a night of how the Jack In The Box drive thru seemed, I wouldn’t have been able to do the job. It seemed nonstop.
So Gustavo I applaud you brother!
Took over 10 minutes to take my order, wasn't busy, I was the only dine-in customer. Men's room out of order, women's room reeked of urine.
