Pizza Hut

Even though its like any other pizza hut franchise, the people that work and manage this location make the difference. For one thing the staff are friendly and service oriented and don't make faces or crib about special requests. I am a vegetarian and appreciate that folks here actually understand and don't laugh at you or try to convert you. They actually respect your preferences serve you appropriately.

Greate customer service One night a week ago, we ordered a pizza. They soon prepared it. I picked it up and it was extremely delicious. When I returned to my car (Prius), it could not be started. I told Pizza Hut employees about this because the parking space has 20 minutes time limit. They said no problem. They allowed my car to stay there as long as necessary without being towed away. Then we stayed in the car, researching the manual. It was very late and Pizza Hut closed. When the employees left they found us in the car. They asked us if we needed a ride or jumping. I asked them to help us jump the car. Although there was no jumping cable and nobody had experience jumping a hybrid car, they still agreed to help us. 2 gentlemen went home to get the cable (they said their home was not far but it still took them about half an hour) while a lady stayed with us. When the gentlemen got the cable and researched on the internet for how to jump a Prius, we found the cable was not long enough when their vehicle is parked side by side with our car. They adjusted their parking position three times until the cable could connect the 2 vehicles. Fortunately the jumping was successful and we could drive the car home (nobody expected it to be easy since nobody had experience with jumping a hybrid car). It was almost 1 AM. We are very grateful for the help of Pizza Hut employees. This indicates that their customer service is excellent. Also, the pizzas they sold was inexpensive and delicious. We will certainly become their frequent customer, and recommend this Pizza Hut restaurant to all friends.
